General Rules and Regulations

Players use the Wanderers Squash Club Facility at their own risk.

Please treat the Wanderers Squash Club with respect.

Players to wear non marking squash shoes while playing squash. There is a R5000 fine payable if you are caught playing with incorrect shoes that mark or damage the squash court.

Peak periods are from Monday- Friday 4:45pm- 7:45pm.

Wanderers Squash Club has an online booking system: www.gobook.co.za . Register your details online and you will be able to see what courts are available and book online.

Members can book a court up to 2 weeks in advance. You will be fined if you do not show up for your court booking.

During peak periods players can only book one 45 minute period at a time. You can then book the court again if the court is available.

Please use both members pin codes when activating the lights otherwise the computer will assume that you are playing with a visitor. Sharing of members pin codes in NOT allowed and action will be taken against members using other members pin codes to avoid paying the visitor fees.

Each month squash members are entitled to bring one visitor free of charge.

To activate your free monthly visitor enter your pin code again when asked to ‘Enter Opponents Pin Code’.

Lockers are available. Please bring your own lock. No overnight storage. Lockers are for squash players only whilst playing squash.

No abusive behaviour will be tolerated.

Water is available. Please do not throw away your cup after each game but rather use the same cup until the end of the match.

Squash Court Charges

Visitor fees are R30 per person per 45 minute period during off-peak periods and R50 per person per 45 minute period during peak periods.

Wanderers SC participates in the Gauteng League on Tuesday and Wednesday nights. If you are interested in playing Gauteng League for the Wanderers SC then please email the squash club manager: squash@wanderersclub.co.za and he will pass your details onto the Wanderers League Rep.

Wanderers SC participates in the Gauteng Masters League on Thursday nights. If you are over 35 years and interested in playing Gauteng Masters League for the Wanderers SC then please email the squash club manager: squash@wanderersclub.co.za and he will pass your details onto the Wanderers League Rep.
